Your organization sells advance tickets. The night of the event, your group provides volunteers (packaging the meal, collecting tickets from customers & delivering food). Typically, 10-12 volunteers are needed depending on the amount of tickets sold.
The success depends on tickets sold. Typically tickets run $10.00 advanced, $12 at the door (while supplies last)
Your organization received 50%.
We have had groups sell up to 700 tickets. Many groups sell 100-150. We do ask that a minimum of 100 tickets be sold.
