The New Chalet Restaurant in Ottawa, IL has been in business since approximately 1966. The current owners, David & Cheryl Park, purchased the business from Les & Kathryn Wilder in April 1987.
They moved the business to 514 State Street Ottawa, IL in March 2000, where it still stands today, thriving in a wonderful community.
